Self-Management allows you to take back the steering wheel from your emotions so that you can develop the trust in yourself to pursue the path that feels most aligned with you.
In this second workshop (following Self Awareness), participants learn tools that help manage their emotions in the following ways: understanding emotional patterning, developing skills for healthy processing, identifying stories that affect our worldview, and learning to challenge and shift those stories.
You will improve your overall emotional intelligence by:
Being better equipped to identify your emotions and the needs that go with them
Being able to process emotions in healthier ways
Learning to identify the narratives that keep your current worldview in tact
Learning shift the narratives that stop you from living your best life

Meet Your Instructor
Genny Rumancik has spent the last 15 years enthralled in personal development work across the globe while also navigating her own unique career journey within the tech, advertising, and nonprofit worlds.
A former educator and strategist with two masters degrees, Genny combines her extensive leadership background, teaching skills, and favorite tools to help each of her workshop participants grow and thrive.
