Self Awareness may sound like a simple concept, but it’s a skill that can completely change your life.
In this foundational workshop, the focus is on helping participants develop Self Awareness; to put space between their innate human goodness and their thoughts, feelings, & behavior. When you’re able to learn from your feelings, behaviors, and thoughts instead of identify with them, you will become much more resilient as you begin to create your new path out in the world.
You will improve your overall emotional intelligence by being better equipped to communicate your needs, engage with others, and feel more confident to create real, actionable change in your life.
We work together in and outside of class to:
Identify your values and what’s important to you
Determine what gives and depletes you of your energy
Uncover what your triggers are and how they show up in your life
Help you open up to see your strengths
Understand the role shame plays in holding us back
Use all that you’ve learned to start setting boundaries to hold space for what you love

Genny Rumancik has spent the last 18 years enthralled in personal development work across the globe while also navigating her own unique career journey within the tech, advertising, and nonprofit worlds.
A former educator and strategist with two masters degrees, Genny combines her extensive leadership background, teaching skills, and favorite tools to help each of her workshop participants grow and thrive.
