By enrolling in a program, workshop, event, or offering through The EQ School LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of the Work

The EQ School LLC provides educational and personal development experiences focused on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and relational growth.

These offerings are not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional counseling. Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship. The EQ School LLC does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical mental health care.

If you are experiencing acute mental health distress or require therapeutic support, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.

Payments & Refunds

Enrollment in The EQ School LLC programs, workshops, and events reserves a limited space and contributes to the planning and facilitation of each experience.

Payment and refund policies may vary depending on the specific offering and will be outlined on the registration page for that program or event.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Community Expectations

Many The EQ School LLC offerings involve shared learning spaces. Participants agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared by others

Participate respectfully and with consideration for the group

Honor boundaries and group agreements

Communicate directly with the facilitator if concerns arise

The EQ School LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is harmful, disruptive, or unsafe to the group environment. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Personal Responsibility

Participation in The EQ School LLC programs may involve reflection on personal experiences and emotional patterns. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and level of participation.

Please use your own judgment about what is appropriate to share and engage with your personal support systems as needed.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through The EQ School LLC— including curriculum, worksheets, videos, written content, and teaching frameworks — are for personal use only.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or teach this material as their own work without written permission from The EQ School LLC.

By completing your purchase or registering for an offering through The EQ School LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
