The final workshop in the series, where we shift the focus to learning tools for being in relationship with others.

In this 6 week workshop, we learn about feedback (both giving and receiving), engaging in healthy conflict, expectation management, increasing our capacity for empathy, conditions for secure attachment, and creating conditions for closeness and intimacy with those we care about.

• 6 weeks (meets once weekly on Zoom)

• Weekly homework (solo and with a partner)

• Small Group format (no more than 12 people)

• Cost is per person

• Couples should sign up for separate cohorts
