Cycle Breakers Program Agreement
By enrolling in Cycle Breakers, you agree to the following terms:

Nature of the Program

Cycle Breakers is an educational and personal development program.
It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional counseling.
I do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care, and participation does not create a therapist–client relationship.

If you are currently experiencing acute mental health distress or need therapeutic support, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.

Payments & Refund Policy

Cycle Breakers is a carefully structured, community-based program. Because the curriculum, group dynamics, and cohort experience rely on continuity and planning, enrollment is limited and each seat holds real value. For this reason, enrollment cannot be paused, transferred, or canceled once the program begins.

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is included in the program price.

• If you choose to cancel 7 days or more before the program start date, you may receive a refund minus the $500 deposit, provided all payments due up to that point have been made.

• If you cancel within 7 days of the start date, or after the program begins, no refunds are offered for any reason, regardless of attendance, participation, or personal circumstances.

• All sales are final once the program begins.

This policy exists because spaces are limited, the cohort experience depends on consistency, and your seat cannot be filled once the program has started.

Community Expectations

Cycle Breakers is a shared space. You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of all personal stories shared in the group

• Participate respectfully

• Uphold boundaries and group agreements

• Communicate with me directly if concerns arise

I reserve the right to remove any participant for harmful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.
In the rare case removal is necessary, no refund will be issued.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and participation.
This program can be emotionally activating; please use your own discretion and reach out to your support system as needed.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including curriculum, worksheets, videos, and written content, are for your personal use only.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or teach this content in your own work without written permission.

Consent

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
