Do You Struggle With Anxiety & Self-Doubt?
The Self Awareness Workshop
In this foundational workshop, the focus is on helping participants develop Self Awareness in the following areas: energy levels, values, triggers, and strengths.
We work together in and outside of class to identify your values and what’s important to you; what gives and depletes you of your energy, what your triggers are and what they look like, what your strengths are, and how they show up in your life, and we do an intro around boundaries and why they’re important.
4 weeks (meets once weekly on Zoom for 1 to 1.5 hours)
Weekly homework (solo and with a partner)
Small-group format (Facebook support group)
All sessions are recorded for you to keep and review later

“The Self Awareness workshop & group was incredibly powerful….Plus, you’ll learn tools to bring with you far beyond the class to keep reflecting and making authentic choices for you. Highly recommend!”
-Carrie, Boston
“The EQ School courses have been hugely beneficial to my personal growth and mental health. The courses are designed to force you to take a hard look at yourself and ask some big questions about who you are and how you think. I found the exercises in the course, actually putting theory to practice, to be the biggest step forward in my personal growth. Genny was always there to ask the right questions and steer us along our self-discovery. I also enjoyed the experience of going through these exercises with everyone in the class. Even in our four short weeks, we bonded and formed a little community.”
- David Witt, Seattle
