This workshop helps participants learn how to move through and release difficult emotions and cultivate skills for self-regulation going forward. This workshop is for the big feelers and over-thinkers who want to learn how to navigate and dance with our emotions instead of constantly trying to suppress or fight against them.
Participants will be given tools to practice in a supportive environment, and be given additional resources throughout the course to aid in learning.
We work together in and outside of class to:
Identify the narratives that shape your worldview
Identify the stories that keep you feeling stuck
Learn tools for shifting and rewriting the stories that don’t serve you
Connect to your physical body and learn to stay present
Learn tools for identifying emotions and leaning into experiencing them without judgement
Release the energy behind the emotion so you can determine the need more clearly

Meet Your Instructor
Genny Rumancik has spent the last 17 years enthralled in personal development work across the globe while also navigating her own unique career journey within the tech, advertising, and nonprofit worlds.
A former educator and strategist with two masters degrees, Genny combines her extensive leadership background, teaching skills, and favorite tools to help each of her workshop participants grow and thrive.
