A Year-Long Small Group Experience for Cycle Breakers
What’s next?
1. Choose your preferred payment option and complete your purchase to reserve your spot in Cycle Breakers.
2. After we receive that payment, a team member will reach out via email and send your contract (within about 24 hours, unless it's the weekend or a major holiday).
3. Once you've signed your contract, we'll grant you access to the program content and community spaces, and send you a welcome letter and calendar invitations for our sessions (we begin Tuesday, November 10!).
4. Then, get ready for 12 months of support, education, and transformation!

NOTE: This is not group therapy, and I fully support participants working 1:1 with their own therapists outside of EQ School programs and workshops.
Program Details
4 months of direct, small-group instruction (16 group sessions total)
Followed by 8 months of continued integration, with one group session per month
Homework includes self-reflection and meeting with other participants between whole-group sessions
Plan for approximately 2 hours group instruction plus 2-3 hours of reflection/practice outside of class each week
Maximum of 14 people per cohort
Access to The EQ School’s self-paced content for the duration of the 12-month program
If you cancel 7 days or more before the program begins, payments are refundable minus the $500 nonrefundable deposit included in your initial payment.
Because this is a year-long program with limited capacity, cancellations within 7 days of the program start date or after the program begins are nonrefundable.

At this time, I don’t offer formal scholarships or sliding-scale pricing for Cycle Breakers. I care deeply about making emotional intelligence education as accessible as possible, which is part of why I offer lower-cost ways to learn and practice through EQ School.
